In the course of time, changes and modifications that require amendments to the articles of association inevitably arise in the life of operating companies (registered office, managing director details, name, members, capital data, transformations), and from time to time changes in the relevant legislation require amendments to the articles of association, sometimes with the prospect of severe sanctions to encourage operating companies to carry out these changes in a timely manner. Amendments based on the company's own decision or arising out of necessity must be made during the change registration procedure. 

It is extremely important for business associations to comply with this obligation, not only in order to fulfill their obligations prescribed by the commercial court, which may be subject to sanctions in case of failure to comply, but also in order for the company to maintain its role as a stable and predictable business partner.
