The Law Firm undertakes legal representation in proceedings before a notary public, including proceedings aimed at reaching a settlement. At the probate hearing, the heir may transfer the estate or part thereof to a co-heir, an heir not directly involved in the probate proceedings, or a probate creditor. An overburdened estate can be a major problem for heirs, but the heir is not obliged to acknowledge all creditor claims. Our office also assists in determining the legitimacy of creditors' claims. We also act in the conclusion of class agreements, which can only be concluded in probate proceedings. A class agreement allows for the distribution of the estate retroactively to the death of the testator, i.e., to the opening of the estate.
In their last will and testament, the testator disposes of their property or part thereof in the event of their death, but they may not only make a will, they may also conclude an inheritance contract.

Our clients also have the option of establishing a foundation in a written will or inheritance contract. We particularly recommend this to individuals who have no descendants or whose descendants live far away, as the foundation can ensure that their memory and final resting place are preserved and cared for in a dignified manner.  

The descendants of the testator may also conclude an agreement among themselves during the testator's lifetime regarding their expected inheritance.
